2010 Spring Tour of Homes
The Greater New Braunfels Home Builders Association and the Greater San Antonio Builders Association will present the 2010 Spring Tour of Homes April 10-11 & 17-18, 2010.
The Spring Tour of Homes is a show in which Builders and Developers pool their money and resources to reveive a greater benefit than showing their home alone. In The Spring Tour of Homes, the show and its success is due to all of the promotion made possible by working together.
The Spring Tour of Homes is the show that generates a steady traffic flow of the home buying public and provides these sales tools for you:
- An exceptional amount of publicity and promotion only possible in a joint promotion
- An opportunity to show off your specs, models and homes
- Advertising - Radio, Newspaper & Television...promoting the Spring Tour of Homes
- Signs at your site and to your site with directional arrows
- The ever-popular Tour Guide - a keepsake, a want book - featuring YOUR new home(s)!
Tour Dates: April 10-11 & 17-18, 2010
Entry Fee:
Custom Builders: $500 per entry
Volume Builders: $1000 for first entry, $350 for each additional entry
All participants in the 2010 Spring Tour of Homes must be members of the Greater New Braunfels Home Builders Association or the Greater San Antonio Builders Association!

April Membership Mixer
The April Membership Mixer will be sponsored by BMC Building Materials. Randall Allsup, San Antonio manager from Metrostudy will be presenting the Quarterly Housing Report.
