2009 Parade of Homes Information

We are proud to announce that the site of the 2009 GNBHBA Parade of Homes will be Cascada at Canyon Lake (located off of FM 306.) The event will be held on the weekends of June 6, June 13, and June 20, 2009.

We are looking for 8 builders to construct homes in the $500,000 to $1,000,000 price range. The builder entry fee is $1,500 and includes membership in the Association. Our goal for the Parade of Homes is to increase public visibility of our association, and draw attention to Cascada at Canyon Lake as well as our featured builders. A successful Parade of Homes will inspire builders and excite homebuyers, and that benefits everyone!
