We are excited to announce that Cascada at Canyon Lake has been selected as the site of our 2009 Parade of Homes. The Parade will take place on the weekends of June 6, 13, and 20.

What would it be like to have it all and get away from it all at the same time? The answer … Cascada at Canyon Lake. Tucked quietly between Canyon Lake and the peaceful surroundings of the Texas Hill Country, modern necessities, luxurious amenities and the natural beauty of this stunning environment harmoniously exist as one. Beyond the gated entry, ancient oak trees, a dramatic canyon, natural
springs and waterfalls work in tandem with thoughtful planning to deliver the area’s most complete and inspiring community.

Considering this excellent location and the extensive advertising campaign planned, attendance at the 2009 Parade of Homes should well exceed 10,000. The projected month of the 2009 Parade is June.
We are seeking 8 builders to construct homes in the $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 price range.

The builder entry fee is $1,500.00 and includes membership in the Association. Our goal in holding the 2009 Parade of Homes is to stimulate interest in new home ownership, to achieve greater public visibility for GNBHBA, and to highlight Cascada at Canyon Lake and participating builder members.
